Q: Where can I download the Brink's Travel + Expense mobile app?

 A: The Brink's Travel + Expense mobile app is available on both the Google Play store and the Apple App store.
 

Q: Who can use the Bento mobile app?

 A:  Existing Brink's Travel + Expense customers are eligible to use theBrink's Travel + Expense mobile app, as it pairs with your activeBrink's Travel + Expense account.  Business owners and employees who are invited by their business owner or admin can use the Brink's Travel + Expense mobile app.

 Q: What features are available in the Bento mobile app?

 A: The Brink's Travel + Expense mobile app was created from feedback from customers who wanted to give their employees a way to check their available balance without having to interrupt their own and their business owner’s productivity.  The Brink's Travel + Expense mobile app was created to give employees access to the information they need most, in real-time from the field, such as their available balance and any spending control settings.  While we will continue to add additional features, currently all controls must be managed by the business owner from our desktop app via a web browser.

 Q: What is the process for getting up and running with Brink's Travel + Expense's mobile app?

 A: Business owners will need to:

  1. Log in to Brink's Travel + Expense, then go to the "Manage Cards" page 
  2. For each of the employees you want to grant mobile access to, click the Edit button to open the card settings, and add their company email address if it isn't already added.
  3. Check the box to "Allow this employee Brink's Travel + Expense mobile app access" and click "Save."
  4. Your employees will receive an invitation email with links to download the Brink's Travel + Expense mobile app. Instruct them to open the Brink's Travel + Expense app and click "Register a new account" at the bottom of the initial screen, then enter their company email address that was added to Brink's Travel + Expense. They will then receive an email with a link to set a new password; this confirms their email address for security. Once they click on the "Set password" link, they will be redirected back to the mobile app. That's it!

 Q: What devices will run the Brink's Travel + Expense mobile app?

 A: The Brink's Travel + Expense mobile app was designed for Android smartphones and Apple smartphones.  You may install it on tablet devices, however it is not optimized for usage on a tablet so this may not provide the best user experience. The Brink's Travel + Expense mobile app app is available to download for free for Android smartphones on the Google Play store, and Apple smartphones (iOS) on the Apple App store.
